Warm welcome from my Salesperson, ensuring I was comfortable and master of the art of listening rather than telling a customer what to do. Whilst this may seem simple logic it has not been my previous experience in other BMW Centres

Had the car been spotless on collection I would have given 5. However they did redo the cleaning after several attempts. When buying a new car it should be perfect ????

when we went to the used car section we found that the price and the interest on the finance is double on used BMW.

The cost is high for a service . I asked about a service plan but was told can't do it today some one will call you - obviously no one called - as I said I like the cars but the dealerships could do so much better

As always booking is very easy, the customer service agent was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the customer service agent in the centre gave me incorrect information that could have caused me issues further down the line regarding my service plan

In addition to my comments above, I would like to add that it's great being able to wait while the service takes place. I also really appreciate the car being cleaned inside and out.

The fault was not fixed to satisfactory level. Steering wheel not straight. Damaged caused to the front passenger side alloy by the technicians. I've also been charged excess although my approved used warranty does not have any excess.

Very happy. The M5 is quite complicated and the sales representative took considerable time going through the key functions. He also offered to deal with any queries or issues on the phone or if I popped back to the dealership.
