The issue of the rattle was diagnosed and was found to be missing nuts in the lower tray under the car. It fixed free of charge as a goodwill gesture with a few fixing nuts. Matter resolved without fuss. Highly recommend as my issue was resolved.

When I collected my car I tried to get information but they just returned the vehicle. I still don't know what the problem is and what I need to do to sort this problem. I got a report saying that there is an oil leakage but that is just it.

I arrived & explained it's for a recall. She took the keys & asked I take a seat as someone will speak to me. I didn't need to speak to anyone I just want to hand the keys over & to call me when it's ready, I was told that's protocol.

All the staff from the reception appeared unhappy. There were no smiles, and they didn't seem to be in a pleasant mood. I'm not sure if it was only for me, as I noticed some customers were being served well.

You could better co-ordinate different things that need doing. After MOT in Nov I was told I'd need brake pads changing about March. Then told engine oil needs changing about April. The 2 things could have been done together saving me a second visit.
