Had the car been spotless on collection I would have given 5. However they did redo the cleaning after several attempts. When buying a new car it should be perfect ????

I am not satisfied with the work because they took my car to pay off the debt, what they did wrong to the car, but they wrecked my car, they damaged my dashboard, they broke my windshield and now they say that's how it was, but I know how I brought

Your team provide a hassle free, after sales experience, hence why we only buy BMWs or minis (4 in our household) and have them maintained by Stephen James.Also, the car being washed and vacuumed really makes a difference to the overall experience.

I came in for a gear lever fault and when I got the car back, I noticed that my crystal start stop button had been replaced? I only noticed a few days later and knew there wasn't much I could do but that was very disappointing

The serving agent paid no importance to me while I was waiting to collect the car and he was busy talking to his staff. When I took the car it had bird poo on front and rare of the vehicle which wasn't even cleaned.very poor service.

I delivered my 5 Series to the Enfield centre. I live in central London, which is some distance from Enfield. The centre was able to push forward my MOT test enabling me to loiter in the vicinity and wait for completion of work.

The issue of the rattle was diagnosed and was found to be missing nuts in the lower tray under the car. It fixed free of charge as a goodwill gesture with a few fixing nuts. Matter resolved without fuss. Highly recommend as my issue was resolved.

when we went to the used car section we found that the price and the interest on the finance is double on used BMW.
