I was not kept informed of my car's progress or if faults found until I rang to see if it was ready to collect. If I'd of known if the faults they could have been carried out but now I have to make another appointment

I found them to be very accommodating during a tough time with a family grievance allowing for a very last minute cancellation and even more last minute rescheduled appointment ensuring my vehicle was road ready for my busy time ahead

The centre honoured the time frame, work done, & price point. Having parked in an available customer parking bay, I wasn't crazy about being told to retrieve the car & deposit it in a very crowded service area. But it wasn't there for long.
