Very happy. The M5 is quite complicated and the sales representative took considerable time going through the key functions. He also offered to deal with any queries or issues on the phone or if I popped back to the dealership.

The quality of the repair was excellent, and the procedure was smooth and efficient. Compared to my last experience, reaching the team by phone was a bit easier, and using WhatsApp really helped ease the communication, which I truly appreciate.

When I first visited the Enfield branch to book my car service I was given a quote thar did not include labour which was not helpful. I was charged 41.29 for a battery with no explanation which I don't appreciate.

The fault was not fixed to satisfactory level. Steering wheel not straight. Damaged caused to the front passenger side alloy by the technicians. I've also been charged excess although my approved used warranty does not have any excess.

I provided incorrect tyre size. I didn't know front & rear tyres are diff sizes. No one told me. I took a day off. Brought car in. Went home. Then got a call to say they can't fix. Didn't have tyre in stock. Someone could've checked on cars arrival
